Additional Requirements

Proven track record as a Project Manager in IT project delivery.
Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and XP will add advantage.
PMP certification (Preferred).
Exceptional communication skills to interact with the stakeholders of all levels.

Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery with proper tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers to facilitate seamless project execution.
Maintain key project-related documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Apply strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
Drive project planning, scheduling while monitoring progress and performance.
Ensure continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Manage communication across all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
