Responsibilities & Context

• Assist Head of Internal Audit and Compliance in preparation and implementation of risk-based information systems audit.

• Monitor the effectiveness of IT general and application controls, evaluate their design and operational efficiency, assess exposure to IT-related risks, and develop strategies for remediation.

• Support the implementation of Internal Audit Software considering the requirement of the wider user groups.

• Conduct information technology (IT) audits and ensure accurate reporting, with valuable recommendations backed up by data analytics (wherever appropriate)

• Conduct and/or assist to ensure efficient and effective IT audit procedures in different departments

• Communicate complex technical issues in simplified terms to the relevant stakeholders.

• Supporting the team in the review and finalization of IT audit reports, as well as handling any special assignments delegated by management.

• Conduct periodic training and workshops to promote awareness on information system, technology, and the usage of internal audit software to the relevant Team members

• Provide recommendations and guidance on identified IT security and control risks.

• Assist in conducting investigation, IT procurement audit, IT forensics, or any other project as assigned by the management/Head of IA&C.
