Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our Japanese restaurant operations. The Manager will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, staff supervision, quality control, and efficient day-to-day management of the outlet.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Handle complaints and supervise financial transactions.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in achieving revenue targets
• Any other task assigned by the Management
