• Minimum 15 years’ work experience with reputed printing press.

• Vast experience of working with pharmaceutical items including- Packing items of Inner Carton, Insert, Catch Cover, Show Card, Literature, Brand Card, Prescription Pad, Order Book etc.

• Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, color palettes and technologies.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Labaid is one of the leading brands in healthcare sector of Bangladesh. We are inviting applications from professionals with experience in pharmaceutical items printing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the printing press operations, including pre-press, press, and post-press activities.

• Lead and supervise a team of printing professionals, ensuring their efficient performance and development.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget and production schedules to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency.

• Implement and maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that all printed materials meet customer specifications.

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of printing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

• Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability.
