Key Responsibilites:
- Oversee the lasting/assembly departments, ensuring timely and quality completion of production tasks.
- Manage the Lasting/assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Train and supervise the lasting and assembly teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design, cutting, and sewing, to ensure seamless production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to lasting and assembly processes or machinery.
- Optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, material usage, and any production issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices in the lasting and assembly processes.
