Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for preparing production planning to achieve target & maintain delivery date.
• Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
• Sound knowledge about Leather & Footwear breakdown & modern lay out system, extensive knowledge regarding Footwear costing.
• Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor, merchandising department.
• Measure line SMV, Efficiency and productivity.
• To provide technical solutions and trouble shootings to shoe upper production.
• Must be team player with excellent leadership skill to run production for quality product and shipment on time.
• To identify the problems, discuss with technical team & give early alert to minimize the problem to ensure delivery on time.
• Perform other duties as when assigned by the management.
