Risk & Special Asset Management
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drafting, vetting and reviewing of various kinds of loans and charge documents.
- Participating in disbursement procedure from legal aspect.
- Checking and confirming status of conditions precedent checklist before disbursement.
- Vetting of land and property related documents.
- Conducting various legal due diligences for loan disbursement.
- Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
- Helping to prepare briefs, complaints, motions and other documents required.
- Representing IDCOL in legal matters before the court/tribunal.
- Maintaining liaison with IDCOL’s external law chambers to ensure the best possible actions.
- Performing any other duties as required.
