Job Description
- Act as the primary legal representative in courts, mediations, and arbitration proceedings, ensuring the effective presentation of the company’s position
- Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings
- Represent the company in legal proceedings. Ensure strategic management of all legal cases, supervising the preparation and response to litigation and liaising with external counsel as necessary
- Design and oversee the company’s policy and positions on legal matters
- Protect the company against legal risks and violations
- Continuously assess potential legal threats to the company’s operations and develop proactive strategies to mitigate the risks
- Examine the legal issues related to new products and services. Negotiate deals on behalf of the company
- Advice top management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations
- Manage all legal matters related to land purchases, mutation, leases, and other property-related transactions
- Maintain proactive involvement in resolving land ownership, boundaries, and usage rights disputes through negotiation or legal proceedings if necessary. Establish and implement strategies to manage and mitigate potential legal issues associated with land transactions
- Take the lead in ensuring that all contractual arrangements with third parties are comprehensive, clearly stipulating the rights, obligations, and remedies available to the company
