Lead and manage the day-to-day operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
Find out and solve any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
Coordinate and oversee delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor delivery/logistics metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize the flow of goods.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Tech, Operations) to ensure alignment on delivery schedules.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and ensure their performance meets contractual obligations.
Lead and mentor logistics team members, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, environmental, and transportation regulations).
Handle escalations related to logistics delays, product damage, or other operational issues.
Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management
