Additional Requirements

Professional Qualifications Required:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in managing building systems in an apparel industry environment.

Work Experience Required:

Strong knowledge of building and utility maintenance, toilet maintenance, plumbing systems, tiles, compressor, boiler, generator and electrics related to building and utility systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent coordinating, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including generator, compressor, boiler, plumbing & sanitation, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.
Schedule and coordinate regular inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment’s and machinery.
Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
Ensure the smooth function of maintenance services.
Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
