- At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role in electrical maintenance.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic and high-demand environments like poultry farms, hatcheries, and feed mills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Plan, organize, and supervise routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, machinery, and utilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost control.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for major repair and installation projects.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation.
