Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Bachelor of Science(BSc) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Should have IEB membership .BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from any public Engineering University will get preference.
• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Technology from the reputed polytechnic institute.

Experience

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Textile

Responsibilities & Context

• Must be have skills Electrical Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance (Sewing) & Others managerial role.
• The applicants should have Strong Knowledge in the following area(s): Industrial Machinery (Diesel Generator, Compressor, Boiler etc.), Garments, Textile, Knitting, Woven etc.
• Must have knowledge BNBC, RSC Standard, ACCORD Standard.
• Must have knowledge on Auto cad (2D/3D) for SLD, ELD & layout drawings.
• Must Be Remain IMPACT Values- Integrity, Mutual Trust, Passion for Excellence, Agility, Customer Focus, Teamwork & Cooperation.Experience in the textile knit and woven industry will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatic, hydraulics, and automation.
• Proficient in HVAC, cooling systems, utility machinery and power distribution.
• Should have experience in Electrical load calculation, Cable/ Circuit breaker/ Distribution board/ Transformer selection.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Monitor, Maintain, and supervise all the utilities such as Electric sub-station, HT, LT, Transformers, Electric Control Panels, PLC, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Water Pumps, and Electrical Workshop etc.
• Will be responsible for overall maintenance activities of factory utility, mechanical & electrical departments.
• Look after electrical system and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out timely repairs to avoid production delays.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts and assist in procurement planning.
• Lead or assist in root cause analysis for repeated mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Perform & keep maintenance logbook, checklist & other necessary documents in periodically (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually & annually).
• Regular check-up of rectifier, inverter, battery bank, UPS and AC/DC power distribution system.
• Performing electrical operation and maintenance services including overhauling/ repair/fitting/ troubleshooting activities of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement both preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
• Ensure data integrity within the ERP system by verifying entries and reconciling discrepancies.
• Work with production, supply chain, and finance teams to enhance cost efficiency.
• Well concern on all maintenance activities & willing to perform any other task that assigned by management.
