Job context: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Maintenance to oversee and manage all electrical, AC & refrigeration operations within our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing electrical and refrigeration engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing a team of skilled electrical engineer, electricians, AC technicians and plumbers.
Job Responsibilities:
Electrical:
- Units based maintain BOQ, electrical drawing, estimates.
- Reduce maintenance costs and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Ensure all safety for machineries.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensuring proper use of electricity to reduce electricity bills.
- Increase / ensure the working efficiency of the machineries by adding electrical controller.
- Conduct routine work daily / weekly / monthly & yearly basis.
- Ensuring proper environment & planning to enhance the operations of generators / substations/lift/air conditioning system.
- Reducing third party support by proper using of own team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues requirements as and when required by SBUs of Gemcon Group.
- Ensure availability of all spare parts.
- Prepare and manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation
- ABC License Renewal works.
- Maintain/monitoring the Sub- Station (11/0.4kv) equipment’s like HT Switchgear, Transformer, LT Panel, Panel Metering, C.T. Voltage Monitors, P.F Controller, MDB.
- Supervision of Overhead electrical distribution line & electrical constructions.
- Finalization of specification, monitoring the installation, testing and commissioning works of Electrical Sub Station, lift, Generator, Multi ATS, Air conditioning system.
- Monitoring and providing support to all works of Electrical Licensing Board inspection.
- Dealing with the concern authority of DPDC, DESCO, and PDB for finalization of HT connection, Demand note issue, meter testing etc.
- Ensure solar connection with specified load and arrange inspection by DESCO/DPDC/PDB authority.
- Preparation of the SOP for machineries, to maintain ISO related documents.
AC & Refrigeration:
- Monitoring of all kind of AC & Refrigeration works like VRF System, HVAC System, System leakage works, Compressor, Solenoid valve / coil, Capacitor, over load relay, Phase failure, Service valve, Pressure cut out, Filter dryer, Outdoor fan motor, Timer, AC circuit, Thermostat, Sensor (Ice / Cooling), gas charge works & also kinds of AC installation works.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management time to time.
