Responsibilities & Context

Company Summary: AGRO INDUSTRIAL TRUST (AIT) is a pioneer and leading feed company in Bangladesh. AIT is producing various types of Poultry, Fish & Cattle Feed from 1988 which is branded as “AIT Feed”.

Location: Feed Mill (Gazipur)

Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Feed mill’s mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot of machineries to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and systems.

• Plan and execute mechanical upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency and safety.

• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, and address any identified hazards.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.

• Prepare and present reports on Feed mill’s system performance, maintenance activities, and project status.
