Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Manager- Maintenance” for a reputed textile manufacturer. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Leading a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and supervisors to execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Managing the maintenance budget, including forecasting and controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality assurance departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Providing leadership and mentorship to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Manage the operation and maintenance of utility systems including Boiler, Generator/power distribution, HVAC, ETP, WTP and waste management.
Implement energy conservation initiatives to reduce consumption and environmental impact ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all employees.
Any others task as assigned by the management.
