• Minimum 15 years of experience in machine maintenance or a similar technical role, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in machinery.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools, maintenance software, and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety standards and best practices in equipment maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a skilled Manager for the Maintenance & Utility Dept. to manage schedules, oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing of injection process machines, ensuring smooth production line operations.

• Oversee and centrally collect machine information.
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive special machine list.
• Manage stock, issuance, and utilization of special machines.
• Develop and implement machine maintenance programs (daily, weekly, and monthly) to ensure proper upkeep.
• Ensure proactive maintenance scheduling for machines in collaboration with unit maintenance teams. Organize and conduct training sessions for factory maintenance teams. Identify opportunities for energy conservation and implement energy-efficient practices.
• Ensure scheduled maintenance of generator, compressor, substation, and all other machinery and equipment in a cost-effective manner as well as ensure all power distribution will smooth to support continuous production. Ensure that electrical systems are in compliance with safety regulations and standards of RSC/ NIRAPON / other brands.
• Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all process machines based on manufacturers’ guidelines and operational requirements.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance checks, including cleaning, lubrication, calibration, and adjustment of all machines and related equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults on process related machines and equipment and perform necessary repairs.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, maintenance logs, and repair history. Prepare maintenance reports and submit them to the Maintenance Manager.
• Machine Installation Support: Assist in the installation and commissioning of new process machines, including setup and calibration.
• Training & Support: Provide technical support and training to junior staff and operators on machine maintenance best practices.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency breakdowns and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering and production teams to ensure machines are operating efficiently.
• Any other tasks assigned by management will be accomplished time to time.
