Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 22 years
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing, preferably within the real estate Background.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Design sales plan and review periodical.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and development of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the company’s real estate assets.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets related to real estate operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
  • Implementing improvements as necessary to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
  • Leading a sales team to achieve the sales target
  • Closely work with associated departments
  • Establish guidelines to develop effective sales strategy and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and manage database align with the organizational system
  • Market analysis and gather market intelligence to develop effective corporate sales plan
  • Periodical report generation and presentation as per management guidance
  • Any other task assigned by the management as and when necessary
