Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the management and development of the real estate portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee the acquisition, leasing, and disposition of properties, negotiating favorable terms and conditions to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning for the company’s real estate assets.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional development.
- Prepare financial reports and budgets related to real estate operations, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions and property management.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants or buyers.
- Implementing improvements as necessary to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize occupancy rates.
- Stay up-to-date with market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.
- Leading a sales team to achieve the sales target
- Closely work with associated departments
- Establish guidelines to develop effective sales strategy and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and manage database align with the organizational system
- Market analysis and gather market intelligence to develop effective corporate sales plan
- Periodical report generation and presentation as per management guidance
- Any other task assigned by the management as and when necessary
