Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and retail clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing tactics.
Manage both online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum reach.
Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Prepare and present detailed monthly and annual marketing reports to senior management, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
Work closely with sales and project teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and client needs.
Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase the company’s projects and services.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all marketing collateral is visually appealing and aligned with the company’s brand identity.
