  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS excel based advanced skill in data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge and skill in digital marketing.

As part of our expansion plan we are looking for smart, energetic and hard-working personnel for the following position.

Location: Head Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka

Major Responsibilities:

  • Formulate brand-wise yearly Marketing Plan and Budget to establish brand as per company strategic plan.
  • Formulate Strategic Marketing Plan to materialize the long-term business objectives of the company.
  • Design and organize effective marketing campaign to establish brand and achieve yearly product target.
  • Provide guidelines and support to team members of Strategic Brand Management Team in all aspects of product management, new product launching and marketing activities.
  • Monitor, study, and analyze competitors’ activities, industry trend, disease prevalence and management, and physician’s behavior to set appropriate marketing strategy for long-term business success.
  • Identify new product idea, formulate business plan for the approved idea and take necessary steps to launch the product at the earliest possible time.
  • Monitor performance on daily/weekly/monthly basis and take effective measures to achieve the target and establish brand through prescription.
  • Plan, coordinate and provide necessary support to Strategic Brand Management Team in organizing Training/Conferences for Sales Team, Medico-Marketing activities for Physicians and also for Digital Marketing Campaign.
  • Visit field and interact with field personnel to get their feedback and motivate them to establish brand as per company strategic objective.
  • Build relationship with KOLs to build company image and also to establish key brand.
  • Ensure Drug Regulatory Compliance in all aspects of product registration and marketing.
  • Support Factory team through providing product-wise rolling forecast and coordinating the implementation of any kind of product specification changes.
  • Supervise the activities of Marketing Research Department.
