Additional Requirements

Having at least 5 years working experience in the similar field with similar position.
Previous experience successfully managing marketing and merchandising teams ideally from a similar industry.
Professional marketing and merchandising training would be advantage.
Proven track record of achieving targets and driving marketing and merchandising growth in a business.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire marketing and merchandising teams.
Must have computer literacy.
Must possess the ability to work under pressure.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies, as well as generate and qualify leads for new clients and markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings and communication.
Conduct periodic business reviews with senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Develop customized solutions for clients based on their needs and company offerings.
Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market demands.
Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in garment trims and accessories, updating strategies as necessary.
Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maintaining profit margins.
Ensure on time payment; LC, UD & all commercial related documents from customer as per company policy.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting.
Provide direction and comments to subordinates to improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving
