Education

  • Masters/Bachelors degree with a major in marketing

  • He must be capable to monitor and lead a group of sales representative
  • Must be punctual, responsible and meet deadlines at one go.

Job Context

The applicant must have knowledge on electrical item i.e. LED Bulbs,LED Tubes, Fan Capacitor, Emergency Lamp, Panel Light, Flood Light, Gang Switches etc. The company seeks a dynamic, result oriented and experienced managerial sales professional. Grameen offer challenging roles based on the qualification and we are looking for self-motivated, hard – working people with proven track record to fill the following vacancies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sale all products such as LEDs, Electric and Electronic items of Grameen Tubes & Bulbs CO.
  • Visit market of all over Bangladesh and achieve company’s sales target through direct marketing.
  • Must able to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Must be able to set up new dealers/distributors.
  • Should have strong network both inside and outside Dhaka in business community to find out new customers.
  • Create relationship with potential and existing customers and keep liaison for taking orders and delivery.
  • Keep up to date of all sales & market activities and directly report to head of the department.
  • Meeting customers regularly and ensure the achievement of a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for meeting deadline from order receive to deliver and to payment realization.
  • Collect market information and submit periodic report on competitors’ activities.
  • Build a strong customer relationship to be the customer’s choice.
  • Ensure proper collection and create new customer, retaining & increasing business share to achieve the sales target.
  • Ensure and maintain client’s replacement and return product.
  • Any other task as and when required or assign by the authority.
