Job Responsibilities:

Achieve target as per projection and work on it to ensure sustainable growth.
Must be able to build relationships with master buyers & visit client offices for business development, negotiation & claim settlement purposes.
Increase sales volume by adding new clients and increasing repeat customer orders.
Monitor team and their target vs achievement status, movement, and customer communication.
Identify and solve the issues of customer dissatisfaction.
Monitoring commercial and payment-related issues of different clients.
Analyze the industry regularly to expand the market share.
Coordinate with the factory regarding production schedule follow-up and ensure proper delivery.
Follow-up Delivery schedule with the factory.
To perform any other task given by the management.
