Responsibilities & Context
- To coordinate overall Marketing and Distribution of the company’s product under the guidance of Vice Chairman and CEO.
- To coordinate PSBL (Pharma Solutions Bangladesh Ltd.) for proper distribution of company’s product throughout the country.
- To Collect, Monitor and record Minutes of Branch Business Review Meeting Meeting (BBRM) of every depot of PSBL and give necessary instruction to Filed forces.
- To Monitor and check that every order are properly received by BRL office and properly advised to PSBL depot to execute the order after proper checking.
- To maintain stockist file and agreement and update the renewal of stockist file with all necessary documents.
- To update competitors file on price and benefits given by the competitors to end customers.
- To Introduction of new products (Generic and pack) as per market demand.
- To collect product wise rolling forecast for next three months from sales team and prepare final rolling forecast and sent to factory within 25th of each month for the following month.
- To formulate annual promotional plan of the products.
- To organize DGM and FGM throughout the country with prior management approval and prepare calendar of such meetings at the beginning of the year.
- To conduct training program of new and existing field forces and develop their product knowledge and sales skill and update training manual.
- To develop product design of existing and new products and to develop literature/brochure/sticker/poster/showcard/profile etc as per requirement.
- To prepare monthly product bonus as per field requirement within 20th of the previous month and submit to management for approval with competitors analysis.
- To collect customer feedback, complain and market research and keep up to date products information and competitors activities in market.
- To monitor weekly product wise target achievement and find out valid reason for non achievement of target.
- To prepare prescriber list for CMD distribution and get approval from management for CMD list and amount within 1st week of each month after analyzing the outcome of CMD for the previous 3 months.
- To monitor submission of daily/weekly reports by the field forces and report to the management fortnightly.
- To maintain data of birds and large animal population, registered doctors, consultants , reputed poultry and dairy farms of the country ( Upazilla wise).
- To update and maintain all products files with all necessary documents related with the products.
- To make branding of products at home and abroad.
- Any other job assigned by the management as and when necessary.
