The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile

Conduct daily, weekly & monthly check of every process machine & maintain individual machine performance logs.
Allocate manpower to ensure effective tasks.
Ensure accurate record keeping of all machinery documents related to process machines.
Perform thorough checkups during scheduled maintenance of process machines, addressing each critical points.
Coordinate with the workshop in-charge to produce or procure required spare parts by providing samples or drawings.
Oversee the effectiveness, productivity & longevity of machine performance.
If imported spare parts are needed, gather detailed technical data, pictures or parts numbers & discuss with the department chief.
Implement cost-reduction measures & energy saving activities across the operations.
Conduct thorough preventive maintenance checks, whether machines are running or off.
Prepare monthly budgets, maintain records of consumable spare parts & submit reports to the department chief
