Additional Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a food, dairy, or FMCG factory environment.
Practical knowledge in handling boilers, compressors, chillers, and packaging machines will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Lead and manage the mechanical and electrical engineering team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all plant machinery and utility systems.
Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety standards.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mechanical/electrical issues in production, utility, and packaging systems.
Analyze equipment performance and energy consumption to recommend improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure all mechanical and electrical systems comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor management.
Train, mentor, and evaluate engineering staff to enhance their technical skills and performance.
Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to meet production targets and reduce machine-related bottlenecks.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed during maintenance and operations.
Generate and review maintenance reports, downtime analysis, and KPI tracking for continuous improvement.
