Basic HR Analytics

Human Resources And Admin

We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, Medical Services to join Al-Hayat Diagnostic & Consultation Center, where the focus lies on shaping company culture, driving strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a learning environment. From workforce planning to employee relations, legal compliance to talent acquisition, this role will be pivotal in ensuring Al-Hayat remains a leader in healthcare innovation. Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Culture

Shares the Managing Director belief that employees are a company’s greatest asset – that employees come first. If employees feel motivated, appreciated, and nurtured, this will inevitably lead to patient satisfaction and finally to financial success. This is not only a feel-good idea; it is also a business strategy.

Act as a culture champion who will proactively ensure that all employees are aligned with the organizational culture.

Responsible for defining and shaping the company culture which will help teams to perform at their peak.

Coordinates with the Head of the departments to create the circumstances that will support and align with their strategic ambitions.

  • Planning & Strategy

Formulate HR related plans, policies, procedures and guidelines ensuring that these support the needs of the business with necessary flexibility to productively respond to changes in the organization.

Implement and review policies developed from time to time and take necessary measures in consultation with the senior management.

Actively work on building a lasting employer brand and relationship

Prepare reports periodically and as directed for the senior management on contemporary human resources policies and practices.

  • Learning Culture

Conduct ongoing TNA (Training Need Analysis) and arrange training according to the business needs to maximize (ROI Return on investment) of training activities and empower the business.

Build a culture of constant learning, including regular feedback loops within and without individual teams, lunch & learns so employees can learn from each other’s skills and experience, and encouraging teams to pursue external training opportunities.

  • Analytical

Carry out workforce planning to forecast future demand and supply.

Analyze company salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans, equal employment opportunities, and other employee benefits as applicable.

Own the budget for human resources operations.

Recommendations to the Managing Director and management must be based on data, not conjecture.

  • Compensation and Benefits

Administer benefit programs.

Oversee the records of benefits plans participation; personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations; and employee statistics for senior management and Government reporting (if any).

  • Employee Relations Management

Invest time to build relationships at every level of the organization and maintain an “open door” policy, all of which will enable an understanding of the pulse of the organization and employee morale.

Establish a positive workforce and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.

Work in alignment to uplift company values

Advise/assist management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Ensure that all individual staff’s HR/personnel files are updated at all times.

Maintain a proper grievance management system and ensure all grievance issues are handled fairly. Counsel employees as and when needed.

Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Work as a key balancing factor for bringing about the positive change in the organization in terms of culture, ethics and professional standards.

  • Legal Compliance

Consult the organization’s legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with all relevant laws.

Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization.

Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

  • Performance Management System

Develop, implement and coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment at workplace.

  • Personnel Management

Prepare reports and recommend procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

Ensure that all training activities are coordinated and conducted and maintain relationships with all external training institutions and agencies in relation to employees.

Maintain a real time departmental and overall organogram of the Organization.

Process all kinds of disciplinary actions as and when required. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

  • Other Functions

Develop staff of the HR Department. The leader will need to work closely with her/his team to groom them and build their capabilities and technical expertise.

Act as Safety Champion for the organization and ensure safety at all levels or departments as needed.

Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership and recognizing colleagues for their accomplishments; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
