- Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.

Job Context:
KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision. We are seeking an experienced Manager in our Merchandising & Sourcing Department.
Job Responsibility:
- To prepare business plan of footwear category for Retail and Wholesale channel through extensive numerical analysis and justifications for startup brand.
- Develop season wise product line through local and overseas supplier for retail and wholesale channel.
- Finalize sample, negotiate Cost price with respective suppliers and set style wise MRP to ensure target margin objective.
- Prepare season wise product plan by following calendar and generating ideas. & Develop season wise product line local and overseas supplier for retail and wholesale channel.
- Prepare all sorts of PO for finished goods as well as accessories.
- Continuous follow-up with suppliers for timely receiving of finished goods.
- Prepare distribution plan and ensure the execution through retail.
- Visit factory on regular basis for sourcing new product.
- Forecast sales and re-order on time to ensure proper product replenishments.
- Merchandising action on slow movers and aging articles
- Follow up on time receive of finished goods
