Manager – Moulding Department: (1 Post)

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Overseeing the design and development of moulds with the engineering team to create molds that meet the specific requirements of the manufacturing process.
• Ensures that daily schedules, quality and production goals are met, troubleshoots problems as required.
• Ensure that the molds are designed to produce high-quality products efficiently.
• Oversees the creation and maintenance of moulds used for garment accessories, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production timelines.
• Review and approve mould designs, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Plan and schedule mold usage for production, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
• Manage the costs associated with mould development, manufacturing, and maintenance, working to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
• Lead and supervise a team of mould makers, technicians and other support staff.

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary: Basic salary-USD 2000, House rent-USD 300, Conveyance-USD 100, Medical-USD 100 (Total=Gross Salary USD. 2,500) or equivalent BDT per month.
