Vast knowledge about e-commerce product descriptions, images, and multimedia up-to-date, including regular blog posts or content marketing.
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage warehousing.
Automate or manually process incoming orders, ensuring timely confirmation and accuracy. Automate or monitor restocking processes to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Monitor payment transactions for fraud and errors, ensuring secure and reliable processing.
Track website traffic, sales funnel, and conversion rates to identify areas of improvement.
Maintain strong Communication with vendors and suppliers for continuous product availability. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and productivity.
Regularly update the e-commerce platform to ensure smooth functionality, high uptime, and integration with third-party tools.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate the company vision clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience building investor relations and managing media communications.
Ensure the platform is secure, encrypted (SSL), and compliant with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Work closely with the CMO (Chief Marketing Office) to establish a brand presence through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, drive online traffic, and boost customer acquisition and retention.

Working Hours: From 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
