Responsibilities & Context

Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform including order processing, shipment, and delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory flow, and prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
Ensure the accuracy of product listings, pricing, and availability across all online platforms.
Communicate with vendors, couriers, and third-party logistics partners for smooth operations.
Negotiate rates and service agreements with suppliers and delivery partners.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery time, and return rates.
Prepare regular reports on operations performance and customer feedback.

Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintain service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data security standards.
Collaborate with IT, marketing, and finance teams to support promotional campaigns and payment operations.
