Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
Express One Ltd., a leading courier service company, is seeking an experienced Manager of Operations to oversee our Chittagong branch’s day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our delivery and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, Return & Pick of parcels of the Chittagong branch
Monitor delivery performance and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Creating daily operational reports for management.
Monitoring the performance based on assigned task for employees.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for riders.
Manage a team of delivery personnel and support staff.
Address any issues related to rider performance, conduct, or equipment.
Coordinate with the central office to align hub activities with company goals.
Oversee the cash flow process related to deliveries.
Ensure accurate and timely transfer of cash receipts to the accounts department.
Lead and motivate the hub team to achieve operational excellence.
Maintaining Standard Operating Procedure.
Organize and supervise duty roaster.
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
Implement policies and protocols to maintain smooth operations.
