- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Working knowledge of hotel management systems and MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of all key departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Supervise departmental heads and support staff to maintain seamless service delivery.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where necessary.
- Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation under the guidance of senior management.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Handle operational issues, emergencies, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports on daily operations, occupancy, and departmental performance.
