Additional Requirements
- At least 1-2 year experience as a similar position in a Freight Forwarding.
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare all kinds of documents for Flight, Shipper, Consignee, Agents and others for both Air & Ocean.
- Collect rate from Airlines/overseas agents.
- Provide rate to overseas agents & Local buying house/Shipper Cargo movement approval from Shipper/Buyer/Agent.
- Support provide to local customer/overseas customer by proving their requirements Oversee total Airport operations.
- Follow-up total activities, Cargo receives from Shipper & delivery up to overseas Buyer/Agent’s house.
- Responsible for total communication with worldwide cargo Agents & buyers to fulfill their requirements.
- Follow-up after sales service for customer satisfaction.
- Participate in cargo sales to develop the company
- Company`s required all others as and when required.
