Responsibilities & Context
- Design & Execute OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
- Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address these issues.
- Design & develop organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design & implement standard Compensation & Benefit structure that will create win win situation for both employer & employee.
- Analyze and evaluate training and development programs to measure their impact and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and implement relevant strategies and interventions.

- Develop proper performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
