Responsibilities & Context
Experience Requirements:
At least 10 years of working experience in production and outsourcing operation management, preferably in the manufacturing or export-oriented industry.
Additional Requirements:
- Age between 32 to 45 years.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command over MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and production summaries.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage outsourcing agreements in line with company standards and production plans.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with subcontractors to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Ensure outsourced production aligns with planned volumes and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules to meet internal and client deadlines.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors for consistent production output.
- Conduct performance evaluations of subcontractors and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, Logistics) for smooth operations.
- Track and resolve any delays, quality issues, or communication gaps with subcontractors.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and contracts for all subcontracting activities.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to subcontractor locations to ensure compliance.
- Report production progress, challenges, and deviations to senior management regularly.
- Ensure subcontractor operations follow legal and compliance requirements.
- Analyze production trends and develop strategies to improve efficiency.
- Participate in sourcing and onboarding new subcontractors as needed.
- Support cost control initiatives and help reduce overall production expenditure.
- Any other task appointed by top management.
