Job Responsibilities:

• Encourage all pharmacy staff professionalism, productivity, performance, efficiency and delegate assignments for them.
• Ensure the available stock of all emergency medicine as per hospital requirements.
• Develop policies, procedures, and protocols for proper pharmacy management.
• Develop and maintain monthly & annual budgets for operations and capital purchases.
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, overseeing the pricing and stock control of all products.
• Ensure monthly inventory management.
• Develop a Drug formulary & yearly update it according to the organizational demand.
• Oversee records of all transactions of the pharmacy, which is necessary to ensure adequate control over and accountability for all drugs.
