Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Assess and manage production capacity and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely material availability.
- Manage and prioritize customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Analyze and improve knitting processes to enhance efficiency and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other departments.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of production planning software and systems.
- Monitor and manage the Time and Action (TNA) plan for greige fabric to ensure timely processing and delivery.
