Responsibilities

• Oversee measurement accuracy, grading checks, print color shades, size corrections, inside color consistency, air hole color, spotting issues, and execution of the print plan.
• Ensure printing aligns with buyer requirements and specifications.
• Maintain high-quality standards while achieving production targets.
• Organize and lead Pre-Production (PP) meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Strive to achieve high-quality outputs and consistent color matching.
• Uphold 5S workplace organization practices to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe working environment
