We are embarking on an exciting new chapter and are searching for a seasoned and decisive Manager (Printing) to manage our Garments Printing Unit. As a member of our esteemed team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent growth, and spearheading strategic initiatives that propel the RMG Unit towards industry leadership.

The Manager (Garments Printing) will be responsible for managing overall of Printing department for Knit Product of the company and achieving organizational goals.

Should be expert on Oval Printing machine, Octopus Printing Machine and Digital Printing Machine.
To prepare Plan, Monitor, Coordinate, Trouble Shoot and Analyze the Work & feedback to the Management.

To liaison with – Merchandiser, Garment Heads & Buying House.
To keep record of the Work in Process (WIP) and alert the concern Team about the Time frame of delivery.
To Make sure the Production Plan and Achieve the Target.
To Forecast and set targets in production and ensure quality in every step of Printing.
To make sure Screen Preparation works.
To Work on cost reduction process, inclusion of saving of cost of raw material, alter different chemicals to enhance process efficiency & cost reduction.
To Maintain Profitably by achieving target within given cost parameter.
To provide technical support & cooperation among the production people.
To ensure the quality of every product·
To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time
