Experience
- 8 to 10 years

Additional Requirements
The applicants should have experience in Sweater Product Development Area.
Strong verbal and written communication ability in English language.
Must have good technical knowledge of the product and have design eye to see products.
Detail- oriented and highly organized.
Proactive problem solver and collaborative team player.
Deadline and results – driven.
Responsibilities & Context
- Handle a team of 4-5 people.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior product developers or technical designers.
- Direct communication with overseas designers and customers.
- Analyze tech packs to ensure accurate style development and timely production launches.
- Coordinate and manage pre-ordering of yarns and accessories to meet production schedules.
- Maintain and regularly update Time and Action (TNA) calendars to ensure deadlines are met across all development stages.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to organize, track, and update all ongoing product developments.
- Prepare and update presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews, vendor meetings, and milestone tracking.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee multiple knitwear developments simultaneously, ensuring alignment between design, sourcing, and production teams.
- Confident in managing sample approvals, solving sampling issues.
