Requirements

Education

• BSc. Engineering in Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ IPE/ Chemistry/ Food Technology.

Additional Requirements

• 10-12 years experience (3/4 years in cookies production).
• Must have cookies factory operation related expertise.

Responsibilities & Context

During project work-

• Collaborate and coordinate with project team to ensure faster completion of project work.
• Assist in selecting machinery and storage facilities.
• Oversee the erection and commissioning of equipment and infrastructure.

  After project Work-

• Oversee factory production (cookies line), ensuring high standards of product quality and food safety.
• Streamline manufacturing operation after project hand over and co-ordinate maintenance with central engineering team to keep machine health in good condition.
• Develop and implement effective production planning strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and all relevant factory regulations.
• Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other manufacturing processes for the cookies factory.
• Address and manage any emergent issues or tasks as required to ensure efficient factory operations.
