Organize the total administrative arrangement of the estate and factories of the division of the company to ensure smooth management to achieve the goal and forward planning of field factory and development operations.
Manage company operations, including staff hiring, training, development scheduling, and supervision.
Organizing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of development activities and managing the production plan as per projection.
Ensure effective and efficient management of HR with a large number of employees and organizational administration to contribute to achieving goals and objections through planning, organizing, monitoring, motivating, and supervision.
Ensure the maintenance of the property, providing security services, and responsible for the maintenance of the equipment’s, machines, and vehicles.
Ensure the quality of the product, the appropriateness of the work, and the welfare and safety of the workers and staff.
Give leadership to the junior management, staff, and workers to implement the directives and policies given by the head office.
Prepare the annual budgeting and development planning.
Imply labor law, compensation, and benefit administration.
Locate and resolve problems with team production and perform to maintain consistent quality levels.
