Responsibilities & Context

• Operate and Manage large volume of synthetic and PU shoe production facility smoothly.
• Design and develop synthetic or PU shoes production line,
• Establish & review Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to monitor & measure productivity and goal progress.
• A good leadership skill to achieve targeted production by maintaining standard quality.
• Responsible for the technical management, supervision & control of industrial production process.
• Setting plan to achieve on time targets by maximizing the volume & minimizing the delays.
• Weekly & monthly scheduling & ensuring of on-time goods delivery plan.
• Arrange PP (Pre-Production) meeting & analyze RA (Risk Analysis) and set Action Plan according to Risk.
• Solve & communicate all technical and quality related problems.
• Production Planning and proper execution to obtain optimal utilization of resources.
• Resolve technical bottleneck in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
• Skill development and maximum output in production floor.Maintain Safe, Compliant and pleasant workplace.
• Apply lean production approach to all aspects of a business; from design, through production to distribution.
• Undertake training program and human resource development activities.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production Operations.
• Implement and enforce quality control & tracking programs to meet quality Objectives.
• Set and manage production budgets and implement cost control programs.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with other departments.
