Develop and implement efficient production strategies to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of continuous Improvement.
Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
Use data analysis and lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations.
Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Oversee the procurement and maintenance of production equipment and materials.
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies and procedures. 11. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for senior management.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, quality, logistics, and customers to align production goals with overall company objectives.
