Responsibilities & Context

• Expert in the fabrication, welding, and painting processes of bicycle frames, forks, and accessories
• Possess sound knowledge of technical drawings related to bicycle frames, forks, and accessories
• Demonstrated expertise in the use and maintenance of fabrication molds and tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of welding processes, including the required current, voltage, and gas for steel and alloy products.
• Prepare and implement production plans that align with requirements and budget constraints
• Ensure product quality meets EU/USA standards
• Proficient in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and presentations for various value-added projects
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Microsoft Projects, etc.
