Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
Robust understanding of supply chain concepts, inventory management, and production planning
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible for leading the PMC operations, including order planning, materials and supplier management, and monitoring production output to adjust processes and meet deadlines
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the manufacturing industry
Fluency in Bengali and English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
Proficient in the use of ERP/MRP II/MES applications, preferably with experience in the QAD system

Responsible for master production planning, updates, and material resource planning
Proactively fine-tune production plans and updates to maximize production capacity utilization and output.
Coordinate with internal departments on master scheduling, on-time finished goods delivery to customer orders, and material control management.
Achieve the company’s key performance indicators KPIs (SO order, PO and Production planning)
Demonstrate independence, analytical thinking, dynamism, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Closely collaborate with the PRC PMC team to plan and forecast material requirements based on demand projections.
