Responsibilities & Context

Lead the monitoring and evaluation of raw materials, manpower planning, production recording, and follow-up to ensure seamless production flow.
Direct production planning based on capacity analysis driving 100% capacity utilization while minimizing costs.
Oversee the development of macro and micro production plans (forward & backward), capacity planning, and daily targets using Fast React software.
Establish production targets and ensure timely achievement holding teams accountable for performance.
Drive the execution of sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing in alignment with the overall production plan.
Adjust and communicate production plans regularly ensuring agility in response to real-time challenges.
Lead efforts to implement production plans reducing the gap between planned and actual outputs through strategic interventions.
Coordinate with production teams facilitating meetings and distributing plans to ensure full alignment and execution.
Supervise daily production operations ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of section-wise production progress.
Ensure on-time shipment by maintaining a strict production sequence and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with merchandising to align QC files with production timelines and oversee the in-house status of trims, accessories, and fabrics.
Lead the monitoring of pre-production activities (size set cutting, PP meetings, pilot runs) prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.
Drive the finishing team to ensure timely preparation and shipment of goods to meet deadlines.
Lead the execution of production planning processes continuously updating strategies to optimize efficiency and meet business objectives.
