Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the daily activities of Nabil Pulse Business Sales & Marketing related activities.
- Remain up to date with local Dal market trends to increase sales.
- Prepare Monthly/Yearly sales target by coordinating with the Management.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team and tracking performance as needed.
- Prepare Sales report as per Sales target and achievement.
- Ensure cash sales as per company policy.
- Organize and manage monthly sales conference as per requirement of the authority.
- Maintain smooth communication with the Production Team, Sales Team, Distribution Team and other concern Departments.
- Receiving customers’ feedback/ problems and solving them within Companies rules & regulations without delay.
- Any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
