Job Responsibilities:
- Developing & Implementing Procurement Strategy & Policies and Forecast Procurement needs.
- Collect Competitive Price from Suppliers & Prepare Comparative Statement for Management Decision.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions, Approve, Issues Purchase Orders and Ensure Authorization as Necessary to Facilitate the Timely Purchase.
- Ensure Timely Delivery of Requisitioned Material with Specified Quality.
- Make Liaison with Production Line for Procurement Planning & take Necessary Actions.
- Suggest/ Recommend Solving any Critical Issues.
- Prepare and Furnish Reports as and when Required By Supervisor/ Department Head.
- Exploring New Responsive Supplier/ Vendor Sourcing.
- Performing All Types (Local & Foreign) of Purchase and Procurement Related Activities.
- Use of ERP Software.
- Receiving, Checking & Scrutinizing the Submitted Bills with Relevant MRR, QC, Challan. Preparing, Maintaining and Reviewing Purchasing Files, Reports and Price Lists.
