• Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Good knowledge & skills in computing. · Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame·
• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.

• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Develop the Quality Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan.        

• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.        

• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements and audits.          

• Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate.        

• Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address nonconformists found.        

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing Quality System team that meets agreed objectives, and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

• Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with quality standards requirements delivery in line with Company and Customer requirements.        

• Set department objectives/KPI and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports.        

• Conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identifying areas improvement.        

• Providing training and guidance to staff on quality management principles and best practices.Any other task assigned by the higher management
